In England the Chancellor has just put a higher Road Tax band on Gas-guzzlers as a sop to globla warming! I wondered what grouping this old steam lorry would qualify?

Canon 600D, 40D, 350D + 50mm 1.8, Sigma 18-200is, 70-200 2.8DG and 70-300. Still have A1 and 300 EOS and must get out my Rollei TLR sometime

Interesting image , the people do add a lot to it , and I noted with interest the name:lol:

Timely too considering the latest tax implications and I read Rolls Royce are looking at developing steam power as a supplement to petrol in future limousines

What an interesting vehicle! It looks like it works too, was this part of a reenactment event or something?

It is a Bygones exhibition in our village, held each year for charity. The lorry was driving round the village during the week. Outside, old tractors and cars etc along with fairground organs with table top displays and smaller organs in the village hall.

Perhaps you would prefer this MG TF as transport

Amazing - another year has gone by since this was first posted - must be getting as old as the cars - Have had son almost in tears today as selling his 1955 lancia Auralia in racing trim! Must get round to Triumph Spitfire stored in my 90 yr old's garage - she is quite chuffed to think that folk might assume she uses it!
