Should I update to EOS 5D Mark IV Firmware Update, Version 1.3.1 [Mac OS X]

Ive been away from my camera for a while. I see there is a firmware up date for my Canon 5d4 to version 1.3.1.
Currently I'm at version 1.1.2 and would like to know if I should install this update?
