Tis lens really grows on you as it continues to produce great pictures. Focuses soooo fast and gives you great color and brokah. Yes it not a L lens, and is not a while lens but for right around $500 you get a lens that will take great pictures.

The eagle pic below was taken through a wire mesh cage.

I completely concur with your sentiments! I have had this lens for a while now and consider it one of the best value lenses out there.

I agree with the above. I am anxious to use this lens on FF now that I have purchased a R6. Lots of experience with it on a crop body but not on full frame yet.
