Help Please - Strange Error Message on Godox V1

Hey Guys ,

First time poster. I am really baffled by this display icon i am getting on my V1N. It’s a ‘power plug’ and has rendered my almost new flash useless. I can’t wipe or reset the flash , i have taken the battery out and charged it , it charges okay but once placed into the flash unit it locks up with this ‘power plug’ icon. Even taking the battery out doesn’t help , the icon is still present. There is absolutely ZERO in any Godox Manual that explains what the hell it means. I have also updated the firmware and pressed every combo of button possible to try and unlock it.

Any help is much appreciated, i am so annoyed at present.

I suspect despite the battery pack looking like it charged, it isn’t really charged. Just s guess though.
