Hi
As above, my PC won't let me put LRC on my PC. It's running Windows 10 and I get a 'not compatible' message. Can anyone advise me please ??
Thanks

Ian

Thanks for replying, I tried that, I get a message to 'upgrade my system' still.

I tried an update, my PC is showing Windows 10 Version 10.010240 Build 10240

Its saying I need Windows 10 ( version 1903 ) or later. I cant find any other updates to do...............

Thanks

According to this site

...you have the original version of Win 10 from the year 2015. If you want to upgrade then do this:

Start
Settings
Update & Security
Check for Updates

Hopefully a later Windows version will be downloaded and installed. Warning, this could require multiple hours.

Thanks, I have done some updates last few days, I’ll look again later but that would make sense. My Sony Vaio fell apart, literally, and my wife’s uncle passed away and I ended up with his laptop. He wouldn’t have been doing updates himself so it may be the case.

You likely do not have an easy task ahead of you.

Do you know if you have a 32 bit or 64 bit Windows 10 installation? Select the Start button > Settings > System > About . Open About settings.
Under Device specifications > System type, see if you're running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows.

You likely have a older hard drive. Do you know how much space is available?

How much memory does this PC have?

Assuming you would have to do a complete reinstallation, is there anything else of value on this PC like the MS Office suite.

There's one update after 20H1. The October 2020 update, 20H2. :-)
