Robin and a young Coal Tit I think. Super nice, sharp close-up captures, Mark! Wonderful capture, Vassilis! Those big yellow eyes are so captivating. Great shot, Tom! I love that curious look, as in this shot, that we sometimes are able to capture with our bird photos. LD, or Mike

Apricane Shooting the breeze More info | Jun 13, 2022 16:35 | #15029 Don't be fooled by the mundanity of these photos: I had to defy death to take them. The goslings were rather cool about my being there to take photos, but the adults were of another mind altogether, and they were clearly tense about my presence, running after me a few times, and honking threateningly on a few occasions (even when they were the ones who got close and i wasn't even moving). Once, I even had kinda of a Mexican standoff with the adult geese, and one goose just flapped their wings unexpectedly and flew off. At that point, if it had been a real standoff with firearms, I sure would be lying dead in the street right now Image hosted by forum (1163539) © Apricane [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW.
