Very nice sharp image, Rich! How did you ever get him to hold still long enough to snap this shot of him?:-) They are busy all the time.

This family dropped in very close to where I was lying down behind a small rock. The cygnet walked towards me to the point I got concerned the parents might decide to take aggressive action towards me. But it just turned and walked away and they left shortly.

These are some very nice pictures.
The background makes the perfect.
(To be honest, in the traditional portrait photography the model usually takes most of the image area. But who cares about the old stuff...)
These, for sure, are wall-hangers!

A quick question: would you guys recommend the Canon EF 100-400 II lens that I could pair with R6? I'm starting to like shooting animals more and more and was thinking about getting something longer than my primes.

Here are a few images I show testing out my new RF 2.x with the RF 100-500. Both of these are shoot at 1000mm. I bought the 2.x after being really impressed with the RF 1.4x

Here are two more I shot during my test. Both have the 2.x TC, the first is 1000mm and the second is 600mm (not from the same spot)
