Nice pic. I believe it to be a Female Lesser Scaup though.

Thank you. However, it's a Greater. It's larger than the Lesser, has a more rounded head, head is held lower and black tip on bill is slightly larger. It is also found more in coastal waters whereas the Lesser is more on inland lakes. The Greater's are here throughout late fall and winter and I've rarely seen a Lesser around here.

What an amazing close-up shot of the Double-Crested Cormorant, Paul! Those bright blue-teal colored eyes are quite alluring. I never really paid much attention, but they actually do have beady eyes.:-)
