I went from Black Phoebe to Western Wood-pewee because your photo showed a distinct hooked beak. It sure looks more Black Phoebe than Western or Eastern Wood-pewee due to its black chest, but I didn't think a Black Phoebe has such a distinct hooked beak, which is what's throwing me off.
