Hi Justin...this is a very nicely photographed shot of a Black Phoebe. They are one of my favorites to watch and photograph. They're quite entraining I'm fortunate to have many living in my area.

SYS...I was so sure that it is a Black Phoebe, but now that you mentioned the hooked beak, I'm really thrown for a loop.:oops: It looks like a Black Phoebe in all respects except for the beak. I'm going to stick with Black Phoebe that has a malformed beak. :p:lol:
