Lame-Duck I have indeed had pine nuts More info | Dec 13, 2022 20:08 | #21148 avondale87 wrote in post #19455938 now that is different Mike Interesting markings I like the low angle capture. You composed that very nicely Thank you very much, Richard. Killdeer are quite a common shorebird here in California. The have an excellent broken wing act that they perform when any person or animal gets too close to their nest. I enjoy their act...it is so realistic . They have fooled my dogs many times when we go on walks. K9Kirk wrote in post #19455976 Nice close-up capture, Mike, I love killdeer. I don't see them often around here so it's nice to see one. Thank you, Kirk. Since I live right next door Fresno State University, I get the opportunity to see them frequently on all the university's farm land. On my daily walks, I encounter them quite often. They are fun to watch. Archibald wrote in post #19455991 Nice one, Mike. It doesn't look very happy to see you! Thanks, Ed. He's not very happy to see me. I believe that he thinks I'm grumpy. Thank you sogs! steveb108 wrote in post #19456102 Very nice capture of the killdeer, Mike. Despite your making it look good, it seems to be giving you an earful! Thank you kindly Steve!
