Double-decker Great Horned Owls. Shooting owls in pines is always a challenge so I felt extremely lucky getting a decent look at the one.

Many thanks, Jose! I knew there were two in the area, which I believe are preparing to nest. When I began shooting the one in the open I didn't realize the other was right above it. I agree that seeing two adults together is a big Wow.
