I went back this evening to see if the Little Kingfisher might be busy with catching dinner. It took about five to ten minutes until he arrived, sitting down on a branch and watching me and the water. Then, like an arrow, he dived into the shallow water to catch a little fish and flew off. I am in love with this little guy :lol:

Nice capture. Whenever I see them swimming and diving, I always stick around to see if they come up with something.

Thank you kindly Kirk.
Anhinga's sure do have a fascinating hunting technique. Happy trails.

Simply outstanding, Paul! What a terrific action shot!

I can see why you love this little guy. he's definitely a beauty. Splendid capture, Ulrike!

Both of these shots are splendid captures, Kirk! But the white ibis is really a killer shot.

Super nice shot, fotoi! outstanding color and sharpness.

Such a cool looking shot of the dark-eyed junco, Jimmy! Very appealing capture!

Wow...You definitely brought this tree sparrow to life, Mark! Terrific photography!

Wonderful capture of this great horned owl, Steve! If they wink at you...that definitely means they like you. :p

How do you do it Paul? You consistently get the most amazing captures! What a terrific shot this is!:-)

Thank you kindly, Mike!
