Wonder capture of the Say's Phoebe, EB! Love the composition.

Absolutely gorgeous, Dennis!

Striking shot of this Bullfinch, Gerd! Very appealing image.

Extremely nice action shot of the spoonbill doing it's water slapping, Paul!

I love the way you composed this rainy day shot with the Superb Fairy Wren, Richard. It's really attractive!

Very vivid colors in this drake wood duck portrait, fotoi.

Stunning portrait shot of the Bald Eagle, Jonathan! Very nicely composed!

Very nice capture of the hooded merganser, Mark!

Truly a beautiful shot, PinholeR5!

Thanks Mike.

Spectacular gorget! Hummingbirds are so amazing!

Thanks. They are indeed. I have some other shots I'll post later. A slight twist of the head and the colors completely change.

This leucistic junco has been hanging around behind my house. I managed to get some shots when he ventured close. Very interesting pigmentation that seems to be largely around the head - makes him stand out, but he seems to be thriving.

Some close-ups of the head area:

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

Very colorful. Scrolling down (before seeing the plant) I was wondering what the heck it was eating. Nice one.

Often they just snip the whole flower off the branch, hold it in one foot whilst balancing on the other, have a nibble and then drop the partially nibbled flower. I'm surprised these shrubs survive!

Cheers

Dennis

Pure gold. Easily one of the best shots I’ve seen here on POTN in a long time, Richard. The pose, the colors, the mood w/ the rain (I’m a sucker for rainy shots), and that bokeh… you’ve set a high bar, it’s going to be tough to top this one.
