Pippan wrote in post #19491572 Little Egret (Egretta garzetta nigripes ) in breeding flush. Note the reddish lores, long plumes from the back of its head, and streaming plumes from its breast and rump. Incidentally, the slightly out-of-focus young Pied Heron is in transition from white-headed juvenile (like the very out-of-focus bird further back) to dark grey-headed adult plumage. Excellent capture of the egrets, Pippan!
