Kirk, never even begin to apologize for a terrific shot like this. I for one really enjoy it, and think it's a great shot of aerial display between these two birds.

Outstanding Green Heron capture, Jimmy! Nicely lit, sharp image.

Definitely no flaws with this shot, Kirk. You captured this Whimbrel so beautifully!

Cute shot of these little goslings, sogs!

Absolutely love these two shots of the Yellow Warbler, Matt! I'd rate your first shot as absolutely spectacular. It definitely belongs in a frame, and hung on the wall at a prominent location.

Stunning drake Wood Duck capture, fotoi! Not a single feather out of place.

This razor sharp shot of the Green Heron is simply outstanding, Ed!

Terrific capture of the Blue Jay, SYS! The image sharpness is very nice.

Fantastic, Ed! You really nailbed this shot perfectly!

Beautiful, Jan! I'd simply title it "Yellow".

Stupendous shot of the Gila Woodpecker, Tom! I really like the composition.

Truly appreciate your comment, Mike, thank you. This may be the motivation I needed to bust out my Pro100 and make a print. Gotta buy new (expensive!) ink first though.

Excellent detail and I love how its colors are echoed by the background branches and the growth (Fungi?) on the main branch

Thank you kindly for your helpful feedback and observations, Pax2You!

In my opinion, male Oriental pied-hornbills have the most beautiful eyelashes among birds. These tiny feather-like structures are not simple hairs, but intricately shaped like snowflakes.

White Morph Reddish Egret
I spotted this white morph reddish egret going wild running around trying to catch fish @ Hidden Lagoon on North Beach yesterday.

Beautiful pose and plumage details

Male or female, it's a terrific shot, Richard! The soft pale colored background is is great. It separates and makes this wren stand out so nicely.

Many thanks Mike for your kind comments and appreciation :-)
