Both shots of the Sandhill Crane are quality images, Kirk! They are sharp with excellent detail. Even after purchasing the Canon RF 100-500 mm lens, I still use my old 100-400 a good deal of the time I'm bird shooting. I believe it's an outstanding lens that produces high quality images.
