I have just returned from a trip to photograph Bald Eagles in British Columbia on the Fraser River.
I have posted a larger set of images in a separate thread: https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1523956

These Tasmanian Magpies are a sight and a sound to behold.
All day the juniors cheep and follow the parents around with much demanding.
Their chirping is constant and non stop - ALL daylight hours

Nice shot, Richard! I think that listening to the constant non stop chirping might be a bit wearing.:-P

Finally able to post again ! Returned from a trip to find that I had been locked out of my Flickr account. Even though I pay for a "Pro" account, their customer service moves at a snail's pace. But, it seems to be sorted now. I've been enjoying looking at everyone's posts on this thread over the last couple months ! :-)

Magnificent shot, Dave!

These are really pretty looking birds, Richard. I can see the results of their attack. Not much left in the way of blossoms.:-)

Many thanks for your kind comments Mike. Got a bit behind :-(
Yes those magpies are rather testing. They are reminiscent of some alarms that penetrare the neighbourhood airwaves :p
