I'm hoping we'll luck out in the Mid-Atlantic states and be visited by some Snowy Owls this year. This Snowy, from a few years back, hung around Assateague Beach in Virginia for a couple of weeks..

Birds of the Coast:

I tried to express the relationship of these big, beautiful birds with their environment. To me these are denizens of the wind, waves and crags of the Tasman Sea.
