A neighborhood Cooper's hawk dropped by for a quick take-out meal. The raptor was about 20 feet away and showed no fear of me or my camera. Wish I could train it to hunt gophers instead. :rolleyes:

Thanks Real! You don't really notice the subtlety of the colours in the wild. They are tiny and common doves usually on the ground where they just look grey, but they really are beautiful with pastels underneath.
