Even if the park people try, by boat to approach the bird, it'll panic and probable cause the hook to do more damage.

Nice and an unfortunate capture Mike.
Hopefully they'll be able to cut that fishing line.
We spot many Brown Pelicans and Anhingas with fishing hooks in their wings down here.
