Steve this is so nice. Colour, pose, composition. Lovely photo.

Thank you, Richard! I lucked out on this one, a beautiful specimen and perfect lighting.

Now that is very nice Mike
You've mesmerised it.

Interesting bird.
Quite a chirpy little bird with some interesting habits. (I looked it up, not boasting my great knowledge :-P)

Thank you, Richard. I think he's mesmerized me Richard.;-)a Black Phoebes have a lot of personality. I really enjoy just watching them. They will often times land close to me. I think they just want to check me out. They seem curious.

Crow drops in for a drink. The Crows usually drop great lumps of bread in for softening-up and collect them later.

Great capture! I saw a shot like this win an award. Was this you?

Thanks ! :-) No, it wasn’t me. I’ve seen this type of shot quite a few times actually. I wanted to see if I could pull it off…conditions have to be just right, so it took me a while for things to line up.

Terrific capture of the Monk Parakeet nest, Paul! They really are cute little guys.

What a super cool shot, Dave! I wonder what kind of weed this guy is smoking? :p

Very attractive shot of this little gal, Richard! Like all your shots, she is tack sharp.

Beautiful hen wood duck shot, fotoi! Very sharp, colorful image.

Very nicely captured, Pippan!

Exceptionally nice capture of this beautiful little northern parula, Steve! Very sharp and nicely separated from the background.

Love this shot of the green heron traveling in excess of 90 mph!;-)a Your timing was spot on, Mike.

Nice capture, sogs!

Thank you for the comment Mike, much appreciated. They sure are endearing little Birds.

Thank you Mike. Your appreciation and comments are much appreciated

This is a very appealing photo Paul
Beautifully captured

Dave that's a beauty. Lovely to see and very well done.

Pippan that's a lovely bird and beautiful composition.
There's something about the yellows in our Aussie birds. Probably just more of the green and gold of our landscape.

Mike you really captured that beautifully
A bird with poise.
Very nice indeed.

Wow. That really shows the magnificence of this bird and explains its naming.
I've never seen similar before.
Really highlights the detail when feathers are spread like this.
Very nicely captured Mike

Steve this is so nice. Colour, pose, composition. Lovely photo.

Brian you're bringing us some lovely colourful photos of beautiful birds.
These are striking birds in lovely setting

Thank you for the kindly compliment Richard, much appreciated. Happy trails.
