Hi All,

I've just decided to sell my Elinchrom RX kit and whilst testing it dicovered that one of the bulbs needs replacing.

Did a quick search and fell off my chair at the cost. How the hell can they justify £118?

What am I getting? The sun??

Anyway. Does anyone make one of these that is even approaching a reasonable price?

The standard replacement flash bulb for RX D-lite One, 2 or 4 heads and for Quadra S head) is £70 :
not the same performance as an RX Action flash bulb but cheaper by £48...

Ideally, both RX kit flash heads should be equipped with flash bulbs with the same degree of wear.

Yeah, I hear you. £236 on two poxy bulbs is literally criminal imho.
