How do I get the screen on the back of my camera from Image 1 so that it looks like in Image 2. Driving me Crazy. Thank You.

Try hitting the info button, that might toggle thru the rear screen options. What camera is it?

This should indeed be the info button as bildeb0rg said above. The other one to play is the "Q" button for quick menu, but the two screens I am seeing in your images (first is one of the the viewfinder views, 2nd is the info page) are access by cycling through them pressing "info"
