The green light is on the starboard (right) wing. There is a red light on the opposite wing, which is in your image but not as visible as the others. The yellow light is an anti-collision (NAV) light, although it should be white. The plane is flying to the top of your image.

Whenever I see the Space Fly overhead in my area it is a steady white line, no blinking of the lights at all! Charles
