Taken last evening around 10:30PM. I’m thinking it must be a plane but I’ve never seen yellow and green before.

It's most likely a plane. The green light is on the starboard (right) wing. There is a red light on the opposite wing, which is in your image but not as visible as the others. The yellow light is an anti-collision (NAV) light, although it should be white. The plane is flying to the top of your image.

Yes, it can get quite busy up there.:-)

I was shooting the International Space Station using an Intervalometer (dashed white trail) with the planets Venus and Jupiter on the left and a couple of aircraft flew through the frames.

I do not understand why the International Space Station would have the dashed white trail. Whenever I see the Space Fly overhead in my area it is a steady white line, no blinking of the lights at all!

He said he used an old ntervalometer, so I assume this is a composite?
