I am curious what other photographers workflows look like, and always looking for ways to improve my own.

My workflow is as follows (For Canon R5)

Card --> FastRawViewer --> DXO PureRAW --> Lightroom --> Publish/Print

CFexpress Card-->
Copy to Temp directory on SSD -->

Cull with FastRawViewer:
-Reject Files that are Blurred or Unrecoverable exposure wise
-2** Files that will be moved to a new folder for the day/event on my photo share for import to LR
-3*** Files that need to go to DXO PureRaw for noise reduction improvement
-Occasionally a file is Excellent in Raw form and I will 4**** it for transfer to the folder above for import to LR
-Move Rejected files to "_rejected" folder

Run images through DXO PureRaw
-Images are processed and then transferred to the day/event folder on my photo share (Same as above)
-When queue is finished, I rename all the DXO .dng files back to the original file name using power renamer

Import into LR CC
-Import DNGs from DXO and RAW files from FastRawViewer into LR with these additional steps:
--create 1:1 previews
--Set Color profile
--Add Keywords (i.e. subject, location, etc)

Rate and Adjust Photos in LR
-LR Keeps star ratings from FastRawViewer, so most photos will be 2** or 3***
-Sort by capture time
-Rejected photos get flagged, Photos that are print/publishable get 4****, and portfolio candidates get 5*****
-For sequence photos, pick the best one, rate it appropriately, and collapse them into a stack
-From the 4**** and 5***** photos, I decide which ones I want to publish to Flickr or Instagram, and rate those as "Red"
-Drag my "Red" photos to my export profile that publishes the photos to an instagram candidate folder (Once published, photos are moved to a "published" folder
-Drag the "Red" photos to another export profile that automatically publishes them to Flickr

Delete Rejected photos from FastRawView and LR
