It sounds an odd subject, I know, but whenever I go on my photo walks I keep seeing old gates which have long since been opened. Indeed, many of them are surrounded by overgrown weeds, so couldn't be opened if someone wanted to do so. I think they often make good photo subjects. Anyone else spot similar?

There is nothing like an old gate. Here is one from France.
