Has anyone taken any particular stock Picture Style and tweaked it to your personal preference?

Care to share what you did?

Yes. What I did depended on the circumstances. Added a little more punch to the colors in some case, modified the sharpening in some other.
If you shoot RAW you can play with that after the fact.
