I haven't been very active with either photoshop or lightroom lately, now that I have something I need to work on I find out that I can't login in to my Creative Cloud account. I get the message "unable to reach Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings......"
I've never had any issues before, nothing at all has changed on my computer. I've disabled the firewall altogether and get the same issue. I'm running Win-7 by the way, don't know if Adobe doesn't like that anymore.
ALSO, in the troubleshooting help I'm getting a return message from the activation servers.
It's tempting to cancel my subscription and go rogue, but for now I'd like to do this the right way and get connected with the mothership.
I'm sure I can't be the only one who's had this issue. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
