I purchased 3 additional Canon batteries when I got my R6. I have however used Watson in my 5D II with no issues.

Last time out I was at about 700 with approximately 20 percent left. I never turned the camera off between photos. So with turning it off when not actually in use I see no reason you couldn't get 900 to 1k per charge.

Get directly from the importer as that insures fresh stock, a chip that supports latest models, and no middleman to screw things up. See https://www.wasabipower.com/collections/canon-lp-e6 (external link) for Wasabi.

I am not really sure, I haven’t maxed out a battery in any situation yet, and even during a game or show, I will end up with about 300-400 files. I suspect I could get 500-600 though based on this, maybe a bit more.

This is a good deal too, with more capacity supposedly. I have had Powerexta before with no issues.

I shot a football game last Saturday. I got about 1,300 shots on the first battery and changed it before it was out. I did about 1,000 shots on the second battery and it had just under 1/2 left. It depends a lot on how you are shooting. When you are shooting a lot of frames in a short period of time with electronic shutter, they provide a lot of shots. Shooting slowly with mechanical shutter you will get around 400 shots in my experience.

I don't use the rear screen at all. I look at my photos and make menu changes through the viewfinder. I think that helps.
