Digital Photo Professional 4.15.0.0

Hi, i recently noted that the DPP version 4.15 is slow at the startup because it applies a decoding to the images every time, sicerely i didn't remeber this decoding in the previuos versions. Do you think it is avoidable? Thanks in advance for your answers

EDIT: more precisely i noted that this happens in a specific directory, a recent directory containing recent RAW files taken with the same camera, EOS77D as the other directories.
