so as far as my non-technical eye can discern, the MAJOR differences between the two are:
45mp v 20mp
exceptional video capabilities v very very good video capabilities
is there anything else im missing?
i like the idea of more pixels (r5) but i like the idea of a lower price tag (because im hoping its video related) (r6)
i shoot mostly sports and pj stuff. id LIKE to get more into some portrait work or more technical/industrial work and ive always subscribed to more is better in most cases...
i dont see myself purchasing EITHER of these in the next 6 months but if i could wrap my head around which one i really really want, it would make my time of not having it, better. if THAT makes any sense...
i just recently helped a fellow photographer out who had a big photo shoot (multiple teams and individuals) and i shot with his r6 and that eye-focus was the absolute greatest thing since sliced bread...
