Please!! We will be lucky just to get a couple of drops down here in the desert. I understand your enthusiasm. It's been pretty droughty here up north until this week. Tim's area expects very heavy rain this weekend. I'm farther south, where rain is predicted to be considerable but less than that. Not much has happened so far. Some moisture fell between 5 and 7 P.M., enough to wet the pavement but too little to be heard inside the house. Image hosted by forum (1127807) © OhLook [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Wind and rain. An hour later, the power did go out for two hours. That's always a fun adventure. Image hosted by forum (1127996) © OhLook [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Timphoto Creme de la Curmudgeon More info | Oct 24, 2021 22:29 | #21 Acorns at rest on the ground. They were knocked out of the oak trees by the storm that continues unabated this evening. My rain gauge says we got 7.6 inches of rain since midnight. Power went out and we've been running on backup generator power since 6 a.m. and the creek behind our house is over the banks and flooding the "lower 40." No worries, our house is well above that. Fun times. :rolleyes Image hosted by forum (1128010) © Timphoto [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Please log in to see the good quality stuff.
