Good job with hairlight and background light!

I'm not a fan of the catchlights caused by frontal source.

You removed a beauty dish look? I prefer mine thanks…. It was above the model at 45 degrees. Usual, normal, typical location.

I find it distracting, similar to how I find the ring lights which had become popular in fashion shoots in recent decades.
It does not mimic shapes that would ordinarily be seen in our modern environment, just as umbrella are not 'naturally occurring' in our everyday environment.
