Anyone else having this issue? I opened a ticket with this over 3-days now and ticket hasn't even been looked at...C1 support is horrendous.
Appears only on Mac, not my Win10 machine but please see the attached .jpg. Each time I open my session, I am getting the following error, "The selected image is either unavailable, in an unsupported format or corrupted". I have multiple session favorites to which I import my photos. Each time I open C1, it seems that another session favorite gets this error message. When I close C1 on my Mac and open on Win10, the session favorites are there and appear uncorrupt BUT, the new images that I imported on my mac to new session favorites do NOT appear on the Win10 version.
