Looking good Rob. What's your first impressions of how it handles compared to the mkiii and the R5?

Still a bit early for anything definitive but so far everything is faster than the R5. To me it is like my 1dx Mark III is back with the features I wish the 1dx had on it. Eye focus actually works really well, I thought it would be gimmicky a bit but it is not.

Nice work, Rob! I was wondering if you feel constricted at all by the 24MP in the R3 versus the 45MP of the R5?

Image editing ok; C&C always welcome.

Thanks, not an easy answer. I will say at times yes at times no. I really only shot for the most part Canons 1dx line which have all been under 24MP so I kind of feel at home in that regard. That said having the extra MP is nice at times. I actually used crop mode on the R5 a lot which is only 17MP. I am fortunate to have the reach in glass so that helps with the lack of MP. Honestly with the improvements I am seeing I am very pleased so far.
