This week the theme is Plant Life. As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.

I love that interpretation!

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Just under the wire on time but here are a couple shots of Indian grass on my East farm. The first photo kind of shows how dense and tall it can be, about 7 feet in height.
The second photo is of one the seed heads, very few remain as it has long since matured. As many native grasses the seed is light in weight, somewhat feather texture that carries well in the wind and can spread well. Hard to harvest mechanically so I've been harvesting and starting this stand by hand. This year was a loss as I was in the hospital when should have been harvesting the seed. I will do a prescribed burn on it this coming spring as last year it was not burned. It is believed by many that this is one of the grasses that would have grown, burned, been grazed intensively and provided so much cover, food and soil fertility for the grazing animals in this country's history. During the hot summer growing season this grass can grow a couple inches per day.

With Plant Life I immediately thought of all the flora and fauna that surrounds a plant. It is a world on its own. Sadly it is "winter" here so most of it is not active at the moment and best I could do was some moss on a tree bark.

This gave me a "Why didn't I think of that?" moment.

No need to apologize. Those are plants too. I thought of showing local mosses myself, but it was uncomfortably wet and cold out there.
