I've used them for years as they have the best metal prints i've found, but holy moly have they fallen apart at the seams. Orders taking WEEKS, wrong orders sending, crops completely off, customer service has a 40 minute wait.
Does anyone have recommendations for metal that is similar? I am not at all impressed with Millers on metal

Wow, that is unusual for them, have read nothing but good service from them…
I see them at WPPI, and many others…I myself have not used them…
I have used Artbeat studios here in socal, and really happy with them…

Well, I was going to recommend Miller's, but it looks like you're not impressed with them. I've done a couple of metal prints with them, thought they were fine.

I usually use Meridian Pro or MPIX for my enlargements. Haven't done any metal prints in awhile, but a couple of weeks ago I did an order for two standouts and a canvas wrap from Meridian Pro. Service was excellent, as usual.
