As a total virgin, I am wondering. Many times I see pictures of people, usually women, where it almost looks like a drawing or painting rather than a photograph. So, are these photos that are taken then edited to look like painings, posters etc or are they digitally created images from the start?

The view from the top of the mountain is the same for everyone, it doesn't matter how long it takes you to get to the top nor how often you fall nor how many people passed you on the climb. As long as you do not give up the reward is there for you.

Without seeing the image, one can't say. Both methods work. Photoshop has several built in tools/filters that will give a photo a drawing look. But than a decent graphic artist can creat one quicker that setting up for a photo shoot and editing the image.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

Hello! Not sure if this is the look you are talking about or not, but I followed a YouTube video to get this "posterized" look. There are lots of tutorials out there, that are free and can show you the steps necessary to get whatever you are trying to achieve!
