Found a lens I had forgotten about
Let's just say, no wonder I forgot about it :p
Color me unimpressed... It is supposedly a macro, 40mm stm macro.. (not really)

QUOTED IMAGE

Interesting - I just recently "rediscovered" my 40 mm 2.8 stm/step motor lens, too. The photo of Miss Molly (page back) was taken with it, wide open. I have always found it to be a nice sharp lens, on full-frame and crop - though I haven't really used it in macro range. Nice speed, too, at 2.8 - my other lens that covers that focal length is f/4 (the 24-105 L).

Tight crop from Molly below.

... and, from the good old days, Canon F-1n, FTb, Mamiya 645 (m1000s), etc. -- Rob

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
