It's called "beargrass" - tends to have big 7 year cycles, but comes back every year

The Black Cuillin Mountains, Isle of Skye, Scottish Highlands - Many tributaries of the River Brittle run down from the Cuillin into the glen including a stream with waterfalls known as the Fairy Pools. Amazing place to visit
