May 11, 2022 13:56 | #2417 Last week I found a pond with tree swallows in a feeding frenzy picking up emerging insects (of some kind) off the lake. There were 40 or so birds feeding constantly and 2-3 making a pass over the water simultaneously. Never seen anything like it before. These are a couple of images from 3300 frames I shot in about an hour total shooting time over two days.
