Well, I would have had my best Osprey and GBH BIF shots ever today if only I had set the IS mode switch for panning vmad

As it was, I did mange to get a couple of decent shots. On the bright side, the shots over in the “portrait” thread turned out well.

Outstanding, Rob! I'm truly amazed at how you can handle that monstrous lens so well! You must have to lift weights every day.:-)

Nice click, Rob! Really a lovely shot!

Sweet capture, Jimmy! Your processing of this particular shot does make me think of summer. It has an attractive warmth to it.

What a gorgeous close-up flight shot of the Black Crowned Night Heron, Paul! It appears as though you narrowly avoided getting hit by this guy. :p

Fantastic capture Mike, congratulations. Happy trails.

Many thanks, Paul. I really appreciate the compliment.

well, your reaction speed is not slowing down..terrific action pic in sweet focus and light

I graciously appreciate you kind compliment, havelock. I'm glad you like the shot. Unfortunately my reaction speed has slowed down a lot. Only a small percentage of my overall attempts actually are acceptable. But it's still enjoyable to be out and shooting away.:-)

Sweet shot

Thank you Rob.

Great capture Mike.

Thank you, Ken. The other 200 attempts will never be seen by anyone.

Ha. Great shot LD. Those suckers move fast! You got him in great detail and focus though, very nice.
