Lame-Duck I have indeed had pine nuts More info | Feb 22, 2023 22:54 | #8028 Truly a beautiful capture, Paul! These Roseate Spoonbills are certainly photographic birds. Your shots of them are alway super. Really nice capture of these three Brants, sogs! Dave63401 wrote in post #19483939 Bald Eagle Body Slam! Immature Bald Eagle gets body slammed into the river, knocking a fish out of it talons after following a mature Eagle too closely and messing with it's fishing. Video starts with the young one "tailgateing" the adult. I've included a little soft focus to add context to what happened before the slam. I repeat the contact part first at 1/2 speed, then at 1/4 speed to allow you to see it better. Please watch to the end for the very slow motion version. Below Lock and Dam 21 in NE Missouri on the Mississippi River 2.20.23. What a cool video, Dave! Very nice job of photographing it! Terrific flight capture of the Painted Stork RAL! I definitely like this shot. LD, or Mike

They're almost always looking happy or content, whether flying o milling around. I think you caught that aspect well. Many thanks for your very kind complement, Steve. I truly appreciate it. sidknee wrote in post #19484068 Nice mallards Mike, I'm sure he must be saying "we really must fly now dear" ![]() Thank you so much Sid. Much appreciated. I think that's exactly what he saying to her. At least it sounded that way to me. LD, or Mike
