Splendid capture of the Eurasian Wigeon drake dropping in to land, Lez! It stands out very nicely from the great background.

Thank you very much, Paul. Many cormorants were coming in to roost in a large tree with numerous dead branches. I kept shooting as they arrived and this shot was one of my favorites.

WOW! Simply awesome, Paul. We have some Blue-winged Teal out west, but nothing like the midwest and eastern parts of the country. I absolutely love this Blue-winged teal shot.

Wow, cool shot. Is it blessing you or threatening you? Either way, this shot has impact.

Thank you very much, Tom. I'm actually up fairly close to this guy. There are so many cormorants at my little pond this year. They must have had a terrific hatch. last summer.

Thank you Ed. There was zero threat to me or the cormorant. I had many shooting opportunities at these guys yesterday evening. In fact, I'm headed back this evening for more (I hope).

Thanks for the kind words Mike.
Spotted some beautiful Green-winged Teals last week but couldn't snag the shot.
Happy trails.
