Thanks so much Levina, yeaaa I have no idea why they don't migrate. I think that is a raven, just by its overall size and the beak. I’m on my iPad and I didn’t see the fish so I wondered why he was going after the eagle. Usually raptors are driven away from other birds’ breeding grounds, but that could obviously not be the case here. Amazing though to take on an eagle like that!
