Really enjoying using a flippy screen and modern focusing techniques with the R6 and the adapted EF 100L. Typically I'm stopping down with macro, from f/8-11 but when doing semi close focus 1:2 ratios or so, I love to do one wide open as well.

50D is just as capable for that! I've shot a ton of Macro with the 300D, T2i and many many film bodies.... Of course the 100L helps a teensie bit ;)
