We have not really had a fall or winter here this year. 80 degrees here today at 9:55 am. Last week we had a cloud layer at the meet all day but it was 65

Supposed to shoot a meet today but it was postponed to Saturday due to 40 mph wind, snow and 38 degree temps. Track is not for the faint of heart here in the early part of the season!

I attended a regional XC meet in Lansing Michigan in late October one year. 39 degrees and 12MPH winds and the athletes were dealing with it. Very tough kids.

This is my daughter, an 8th grader running at the high school level. Notice her 2 coaches in the first pic wielding 4 stop watches, lol.
