These two Likes gave different numbers for the same post. The correct number ends in 86. I see no problem in heads ups. The Forum Boss, El General Moderator

Those are likes to two different posts: https://photography-on-the.net …showthread.php?p=19335084 (only RDWP like) https://photography-on-the.net …showthread.php?p=19335086 (5 likes) RDWP also liked https://photography-on-the.net …showthread.php?p=19335086 and there is another heads up about it. I can see your heads up history and those are correct there. I checked just now by using the links in the Heads Ups again. You're right, they go to different posts now, but last night, when they were new, they went to the same post. PRONOUN ADVISORY: OhLook is a she. | Comments welcome

I'll post again if I see any more impossible things–other than, of course, those pesky green ones that flex their iridescent scales and wave their tentacles around. Archibald wrote in post #19335841 Sometimes when you follow a Heads up, it will land in an ambiguous spot. Maybe that is what happened here. Thanks for your effort to rescue my reputation. I've never had a Heads Up land off course before. Sometimes, though, a link at New Posts goes to a spot partway between consecutive posts. This has occurred when a post farther up the page was deleted. Those links have never jumped to the wrong thread. I also find, just recently, that once in a while a link at New Posts will go to the wrong place by one or a few posts. PRONOUN ADVISORY: OhLook is a she. | Comments welcome
