I am a newbie here at POTN and my first time joining a photography forum. Getting the feel of everything and looking at the different threads here. When I first discovered the world of photo editors it was Skylum that fit my needs at the time. Not knowing much about the different editors, I basically tried them all with the trial periods. I found Luminar to be quick with a very low learning curve and purchased Luminar 4 as my very first photo editor.
When Luminar AI came out I purchased that as well.
I loved Luminar and was quite satisfied with Skylums products for a while. Then the crashes started, and I became very frustrated and to make a very long story short, I decided to go with another product.

IS your PC/Mac fully capable?
I suggest that you uninstall, tidy up you device and reinstall.
I have heard complaints about speed but not total failure
Persevere, Luminar is a good stable product
